File this under, “Logical but unconfirmed”, but Steve Davis, @stevedavis90, says that a DeRosario contract extension is done, and should be announced Wednesday. He hasn’t confirmed this, but has heard the hubbub around Arizona.
This makes sense because DCU continues to acquire allocation money, and both sides have been very calm about the slow progression of the talks. DeRosario has been known to be….less than quiet about his displeasure in the past, but the fact that he’s been such a cool customer lends credence to this theory. Stay tuned.
